Brooklyn FC Women are gearing up for a special afternoon on the pitch as they host Dallas Trinity for their official “Got Pink?” match on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at Maimonides Park in Coney Island.
Presented by ACS Making Strides alongside supporting partner Maimonides Health, the event unites two of Brooklyn’s premier institutions to honor survivors, celebrate fighters, and raise awareness and funds during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Gates open at 2:30 PM, with kickoff set for 4:00 PM. A portion of ticket proceeds from the match will be donated to ACS Making Strides, supporting their ongoing mission in the fight against cancer.
Honoring Survivors and Champions in the Community
At the heart of the “Got Pink?” match is a deep commitment to honoring local breast cancer survivors and their loved ones. Survivors in attendance will receive exclusive access to the Warmup Watchers area down on the field during pre-match preparations.
Additionally, each survivor will be gifted a custom-designed “SURVIVOR” t-shirt, produced by Digital Moda in partnership with ACS Making Strides.
Before and during the match, the club will recognize people and stories about the community’s fight against breast cancer, including a pregame moment-of-silence, custom videoboard tributes, and feature videos highlighting personal stories from the Brooklyn community.
Brooklyn FC staff and players will also extend their support beyond matchday by participating as a team in the annual ACS Making Strides walk on October 25.
Fan Activations & Kids Zone
Fans are strongly encouraged to deck themselves out in pink to turn Maimonides Park into a sea of solidarity. The matchday experience features a wide variety of family-friendly activities, interactive partner spaces, and cultural performances:
- Kids Zone & Photo Ops: Families can head to the entrance stairs to check out the iconic ACS Big Pink Chair for photos, and then visita dedicated Kids Zone featuring face painting, bracelet-making, and sign-making stations.
- Making Strides Pink Zone & Partner Tabling: The stadium concourse will host tabling from organizations including Susan G. Komen, Maimonides Health, Doughnut Plant, and local partners serving up pink bagels.
Halftime DRUMS
At halftime, we’ll keep the on-field energy high with a live performance by Batalá New York, the premier all-womxn, Black-led Afro-Brazilian percussion ensemble known for their high-energy music and dance.
