Brooklyn, N.Y. (November 6, 2026) — Brooklyn FC Women’s forward Tziarra “Zee” King has won the Gainbridge Super League Goal of the Month award for October, following her nomination on November 4. This accolade comes for her strike against Dallas Trinity FC on October 10.
King scored the only goal of the game for Brooklyn as they drew 1-1 with Dallas at home. She was sent running down the left wing by a through ball where she hesitated, took on her defender, gained some space and unleashed a powerful left-footed strike from the left side of the 18-yard box that found the side netting. Brooklyn FC celebrated Got Pink? Night in this match, and when asked about the goal, King said “(This goal is) More important than you know. This is something that hits really close to home for me. I was playing with a little extra stretch today and channeling all those battling and who have survived breast cancer.”
This was King’s second goal of the season for Brooklyn, and in the match she had two shots on target as well as winning four duels and three fouls for her side.
The Goal of the Month winner is decided by a fan vote conducted via the Gainbridge Super League’s official social media channels
Brooklyn FC Women return home this weekend, hosting Carolina Ascent on November 7 at 2 PM ET. They then head on the road for two matches against DC Power FC and Tampa Bay Sun.
