Overview

Welcome to the Brooklyn Football Club (Brooklyn FC) media credentialing portal. We aim to support a professional and seamless experience for all members of the media.

Brooklyn FC welcomes coverage from both traditional outlets (print, online, broadcast) and new media outlets (blogs, podcasts, and social media channels) with an established audience. Applicants must demonstrate a professional coverage plan when applying.

Types of Credentials

Season-Long Credentials

For media on assignment to cover Brooklyn FC regularly throughout the entire season
Provides access to all home matches
Applications accepted only during the open window: August 5–19, 2025

Single-Game Credentials

For media covering specific matches
Allows flexibility for those unable to commit to the full season
A separate application is required for each game requested

How to Apply

All credential requests must be submitted via our online application form.

Please provide the following:

Name, email, and phone number
Media outlet name and website/social media handles
A brief description of the coverage you’re planning
Links to past coverage of Brooklyn FC or similar teams

Deadlines

Season-Long Credentials: Applications open August 5–19, 2025
Single-Game Credentials: Requests accepted during the same period and must be submitted at least 48 hours before kickoff of the requested match

Approval Process

Credential requests are evaluated based on:

Outlet reach and relevance to Brooklyn FC
History of consistent, quality coverage (if applicable)
Alignment with Brooklyn FC’s mission and community values

Applicants will be notified via email regarding the status of their application:

Approved Applications: Email confirmation will include details about credential pick-up and game-day logistics

Denied Applications: Applicants will be notified via email

Game Day Credential Pick-Up

Location: Media Check-In Table, located inside the Administrative Office Entrance
Hours: Opens 2 hours before kickoff and closes at kickoff
Late Arrivals: Contact Brooklyn FC PR to make arrangements
